I memorized a simple line drawing then walked it out in space.
In May of 2018 I walked the edges of some Nebraska croplands and documented my involvement with that landscape. This video and a book of drawings, photos and prose are the documentation. Walking was at the center of everything.
I stood in this circle for one hour to see how my relationship to this landscape might develop.
I walked the edge of each of the Revere Islands, as close to the water as I could without falling in. I then sketched from body memory, then compared the drawing to a map.
